The Cave Gaming Lounge and Tournament Policy:
Our policy is subjected to change at any time but will be enforced at all times! Some additions will be made over time as we grow and learn.
1.) play as you pay!
2.) no refund! There may be credits but no refund!
3.) When you pay to play/enter the tournament, your fund(s) will be held until there's a top winner.
4.) If you are really good at playing the game then you won't complain or ask about restarting a game.
5.) No profanity and if you're not used to it then don't enter any tournaments.
6.) When you are late to any tournament round then you will be pushed back to the next round.
7.) When the internet is down then there will be a restart. Before downtime of the system you will be notified.
8.) When video cannot be seen on the website or fan page please be kind to contact and notify us.
9.) There can be practice rounds if called to do so.
10.) Any gameplay footage that is recorded will be uploaded to YouTube and shared on the fan page.
11.)This rule doesn't apply here because you paid a lower price online to play in a tournament. (Everyone will pay to play. All funds will be held (in the pot) til the end of the last tournament. There will be 4 top winners! MAXIMUM PRIZE of up to $2000/1st place, up to $1500/2nd place, up to $750/3rd place, up to $375/4th place).
12.) How many times can you enter the tournament? You can enter as many times as you want!
13.) 365 to 730 spots will need to be filled for all tournaments to begin in order to win the MAXIMUM PRIZE (length of tournaments will be 3 months each or 90 days).
14.) There will be four types of tournaments: Shooter/War, Sport, Racing, and Fighting.......
Round 1: Fighting - Mortal Kombat, Smash Bros., Tekken, and the like...
Round 2: Sports - Madden NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and FIFA....
Round 3: Racing - NFS, Forza, Gran Turismo, and the like...
Round 4: Shooter/War - Halo, Call Of Duty, and the like....
Zombie Round: This round determines who will come in first, second, third, and forth places! This will be an all game event! At the end of the game each player/user will have a score of most kills/points in which will determine the awards. If there's a tie we will use skill points to break the tie.
15.) Xbox users will need Xbox Live and Playstaion users will need PS+ to play online.
16.) What happens if you didn't pay but you joined the tournament? You won't be a winner and will be banned from joining any future tournaments.
17.) Gamers 17 and younger must consult with an adult before entering.
