Mobile Gaming Lounge Policy

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

We accept cash, check, credit card or debit card to guarantee and pay for your Cave Mobile Gaming Lounge reservation. Full Balance due at time of booking for confirmation. Until confirmation, anyone can book your date and time slot. Please keep in mind, we do receive booking requests everyday and operate on a first come - first serve basis! Full Refund on booking 7 days or more away form booking. A $50 Cancellation or Reschedule fee on booking 6 days or less away from booking.

RETURNED CHECKS:

We must assess a $35 fee for any check that is returned to us due to insufficient funds.

PRIVACY POLICY:

The Cave Mobile Lounge

is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:

A Travel surcharge may be applied for locations in excess of 35 miles from 32218 zip codes.

BAD WEATHER:

The Cave Mobile Lounge have an outdoor covered setup for decent and great weather conditions. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling. If you would like to reschedule due to the weather we need at least 8 hours notice prior to the start of your event.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:

The Cave Mobile Lounge does require a parent or responsible adult to be available at the event location. Children under the age of 6 require a parent or guardian be present for supervision.

ALCOHOL & DRUGS:

You may serve alcohol at a The Cave Mobile Lounge event or party to ADULTS over 21 years of age; however, we do not allow any food or drink near our mobile game areas or gaming areas. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. The party will be terminated without refund if the adult in charge is drinking alcohol. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the The Cave Gaming equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately without a refund. Furthermore, there is no smoking allowed during a Cave Gaming event due to the nature of our business and electronics.

DAMAGES, INJURIES, THEFT

(If Applicable) The Cave Gaming or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, The CaveGaming reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for any theft of or damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the carelessness or willful damage/theft of same by client’s guests. The Cave and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK:

(If and when applicable) The Cave Gaming does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer/gaming area prior to entering.

PHOTOS:

While your party is in effect The Cave Crew may be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on The Cave Gaming Lounge(@thecavegaminglounge & @/thecavegaminglounge) Facebook and Instagram fan pages and copy them to your files. If you do not want us taking these pictures or posting them on the fan pages please notify us via Email prior to the party. We do not always take photos, however if you do we would love for you to tag us when you post them to social media sites. (When Applicable) We do not take photos at any school event without the express written consent of the Principal.

INVITATIONS: (SERVICE COMING SOON)

(When Applicable) We will mail all of your invitations to the address you provided as the billing address of your credit card. If you prefer to make other arrangements please contact us at (904) 521-6852 . Invitations will be mailed upon receipt of payment if desired. Invitations for events scheduled last-minute can be downloaded and printed through the link we will provide upon payment.

TIPS:

The Cave Crew is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. We will tutor, inspire and entertain. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required at The Cave Gaming event(s).

GAME TRAILER:

(When and if applicable) When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park on your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway.

WHEN APPLICABLE

***Please keep in mind that our crew will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is long and we will need a minimum of 50 feet (2 to 3 car lengths) of space to park. Additionally we will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off of a hardened surface.***

GAME RATINGS:

The Cave Gaming will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please send an Email to cavegaminglounge@gmail.com indicating the game you prefer or let the crew know as soon as you can after he gets there. It is also recommended that all clients email The Cave with any special game requests. Learn more about video game ratings here….
